If you wish to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival 0% of the order amount.
• From 59 days before arrival you pay 40% of the order amount.
• From 30 days before arrival 70% of the order amount.
• From 7 days before arrival 90% of the order amount.
• On the day of arrival or in case of no-show 100%.

You are welcome to park your car in our underground car park for a fee. Please write
us if you would like to reserve a parking space.

If you would like to order bread rolls, just let us know. They will be placed in front of your apartment door the next morning. You can pay for these at reception, cash only.

We thank you for your understanding that pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.

To ensure that you don't miss anything on your vacation, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. European Travel Insurance is the ideal contact and offers you the right insurance for every trip. This means that you are well taken care of in an emergency.

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 40% is required. The remaining amount can be transferred in advance or paid in cash on the day of your arrival in Sölden. We reserve the right to collect a deposit of € 200.00 per apartment on the day of your arrival.

Waste separation is very important in Sölden. We ask you to separate the waste properly. We collect the waste from the apartment every day. At the same time, we air the rooms daily.
